Founder | Global Relief & Rescue Foundation

Humanitarian | Advocate for Global Equity | Voice for the Voiceless
Stephanie Morgan is the visionary founder of the Global Relief & Rescue Foundation, a global nonprofit committed to uplifting impoverished communities, rescuing vulnerable animals, and supporting grassroots humanitarian missions around the world.

Driven by deep compassion and an unwavering commitment to justice, Stephanie has dedicated her life to bridging the gap between need and support—not just through words, but through consistent action, innovation, and empathy. Her work is rooted in the belief that every human and animal deserves a safe, dignified life, no matter their location, circumstance, or background.

With a lifelong passion for transforming outdated, broken systems, Stephanie's approach combines immediate relief efforts—such as food, shelter, and medical aid—with long-term solutions that empower self-funded organisations and community leaders already doing the work on the ground.

Stephanie’s foundation focuses on:

  • Direct support to underserved communities and animal rescue shelters

  • Strategic funding for small, self-funded organisations

  • Driving systemic change through sustainable development and compassion-led action

Whether she's launching a global aid campaign, rescuing animals in crisis zones, or working alongside local changemakers, Stephanie leads with heart, purpose, and an unshakable belief in humanity’s ability to do better.
🌍 "Real change starts at the root. My mission is to nurture those roots, everywhere they're growing, often unseen." — Stephanie Morgan

'ATI TRIBE'

The Ati are a Negrito indigenous people of the Visayan Islands in the Philippines, primarily found in Boracay, Panay, and Negros, facing challenges like land issues and discrimination, while also grappling with the impacts of tourism.

Challenges Faced by the Ati Community:

  • Land Issues: The Ati have faced land grabbing and displacement, particularly as tourism has developed in areas like Boracay.

  • Discrimination: They have experienced cultural disrespect, misrepresentation, and discrimination of their cultural practices and identities.

  • Poverty and Health Issues: Many Ati communities struggle with poverty and health challenges.

  • Human Rights Abuses: The Ati have faced human rights abuses, including oppression.

  • Tourism Impacts: While some Ati people find work in the tourism industry, the industry's growth is seen as a threat to their land tenure and culture.

  • Homelessness: Some have been rendered homeless and forced to survive on welfare and begging on the beaches.

  • COVID-19 impact: The recent COVID-19 lockdown has devastated already-meager Ati incomes.

  • Typhoon damage: A prior typhoon damaged some of their community infrastructure.
